FIABCI structure

The International Federation of Realtors FIABCI International is an international organization that brings together brokers, developers, investors, real estate managers, architects, appraisers, lawyers, notaries, consultants and other real estate professionals from more than 70 countries.

 

FIABCI MISSION - to provide the necessary access and the necessary opportunities for all professionals in the global real estate market who are interested in gaining new knowledge, want to share information and seek to do business with each other.

FIABCI International is the only umbrella-type platform in the world that has a holistic structure that can perform different functions from different angles.

In order to unite members from different chapters and organizations on a professional basis, 4 world councils were created:

World Council of Brokers

World Council of Property Managers

World Council of Developers and Investors

World Council of Experts

 

By participating in the activities of each of these Councils, FIABCI members have the opportunity to work on creating the most effective tools for the development of each market segment individually and in conjunction with other Councils.
